The sessions are suitable for everyone, from 16 years old to the elderly. What is Fascia Fitness?

Fascia Fitness is a training method specifically aimed at working the fascia, these connective tissues that envelop all the anatomical structures of the body, such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and even internal organs. These tissues play a key role in the stability, mobility, and support of the body. The goal of fascia training is to release adhesions and soften the tissues, thereby reducing tension, improving flexibility, and promoting better circulation.

Fascia fitness exercises aim to release crossed muscle chains, which helps relieve pain, stimulate regeneration, and improve posture and recovery. This practice can also have beneficial effects on stress management by reducing the stiffness of the fascia related to emotional tension. Moreover, it contributes to better tissue elasticity, optimal fascia hydration, and an anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and even anti-aging effect. In summary, fascia fitness helps to rebalance the body, improve mobility, and strengthen the connection between the body and the mind.

What types of coaching do you offer?

We offer personalised sports coaching, tailored to all levels, with a particular focus on mobility and performance. We offer personalised weight training, cardio, and kickboxing sessions to help you achieve your athletic goals. We also offer stretching sessions, muscle strengthening sessions, as well as specific sessions focused on mobility, flexibility, and pain reduction, working on the fascia to promote overall well-being.

How do osteotherapy sessions take place?

During an osteotherapy session, you can be dressed or in your underwear. This gentle method focusses on soft tissues (fascia, muscles, ligaments, and tendons) as well as the energy system to relieve musculoskeletal pain. Each consultation lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the conditions.

Who is Reflex Tissue Osteotherapy (RTO) for?

People suffering from common osteopathic conditions such as sciatica, lumbago, torticollis, migraines, sprains, neuralgias, as well as digestive or ENT problems (sinusitis, otitis, chronic rhinitis...) can benefit from the benefits of Reflex Tissue Osteotherapy. This method is also effective in treating functional disorders such as chronic pain, sleep disturbances, postural imbalances, and even certain forms of stress or anxiety.

What is the difference between an osteopath and an osteotherapist?

Just like an osteopath, an osteotherapist treats osteo-articular and tissue pathologies with the aim of relieving pain and improving mobility. Treatment options vary according to personal preferences and recommendations, including doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, and other practitioners.

Unlike osteopathy, which uses techniques like the "trust" (cracking), osteotherapy focusses on soft tissues (fascias, tendons...), acupuncture points, and posture, with a gentle and respectful approach. Efficiency and safety are the priorities to quickly relieve pain and improve well-being.
